Muhammad, the master of prophets, was born in Bani Hashim lane in Makkah on Monday morning, the ninth or the twelfth of Rabi Al-Awwal. That is twentieth or twenty second of April 571 A.D.(There isn’t any proved evidence about it). Muhammad’s mother, Amina bint wahab said “when he was born, there was a light that issued out of my pudendum and lit the palaces of Syria”. His father Abdullah bin Abdul Muttalib died two months before the birth of Muhammad. According to Arabic culture, Muhammad was later entrusted to Haleemah bint Abi Dhuaib as wet nurse. When he was only six, Haleemah returned him back to his mother. His mother, Amina died when he was six years old. There after Muhammad grew up under his grand father, Abdul Muttalib bin Hashim. When Muhammad eight years, two months & 10 days old Abdul Muttalib passed away in Makkah.The charge of Muhammad was then passed to his uncle, Abu Talib, who was the brother of Muhammad’s father.
